Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities who will be responsible for management of the servicing of the Credit Union’s first mortgage loan portfolio.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for loan deliveries, monthly remittance, and monthly balancing of general ledgers, to include in-house loan and / or secondary market portfolios.
  • Principal contact for all Credit Union communications with Secondary Markets Investors regarding remittance and/or research.
  • Secures holding of members’ escrow funds and meeting of regulatory requirements for administering escrow accounts.
  • Assists Mortgage Production team as needed to perform quality control on new loans set up for servicing, monitors for proper escrow deposits, insurance policies, and establishes Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) tracking to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to successfully complete and pass NMLS licensing requirements.

Salary Info:

$21.26 - $26.57 / hour
