Commercial Lender (Elizabethtown Area)

Abound Credit Union has an opportunity to join an established, well-recognized industry leader located in the heart of the expected economic explosion related to the Blue Oval Project here in central Kentucky. Our current commercial product lineup includes but is not limited to: SBA loans, Real Estate financing, C&I loans, Working Capital Lines of Credit, Construction/perm loans, and other unique options to fit any situation – a one stop shop for our members! We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Lender that can leverage their existing network of referral sources, our brand recognition, incredible products, and support teams to achieve the goals of the Credit Union and to also help the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Community Presence - Develops commercial account relationships through active community engagement and superior member follow up. Strive to be a leader in the business community and a known resource for information and services by attending and contributing to local/regional networking and entrepreneurial endeavors.

• Innovation - Suggests and/or proposes new commercial lending products. Works with Director of Commercial Lending to develop and implement plans for expansion of commercial lending programs through product enhancement or process improvement while keying in on member experience and keeping abreast of changes in the industry and changing trends in commercial lending.

• Member Relationships - Responsible to develop loan leads, potential lead sources and loan applications in the Commercial Loan area in accordance with goals set forth by the Director of Commercial Lending.

• Compliance - Collaborates with the Director of Commercial Lending to review and suggest updates to policies and procedures that help achieve commercial lending goals and objectives, ensuring adherence to law, regulations, and Board and executive guidance.

What We Need:

REQUIRED.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.

• Experience in commercial lending.

DESIRED

• M.B.A or master’s degree in related discipline.

• Previous experience in Credit Union lending.

$86,009.51 - $107,511.89 / year
